- I love to read. I get ridiculously proud of myself when I do easy things, like follow a recipe. I laugh a lot, sometimes at inappropriate times. I'm trying to be an optimist, but that doesn't always work--so I'll just say that I'm a hopeful realist. And I feel ridiculous writing 'about me' descriptions. I might as well just say that I like sunsets and long walks on the beach (both true, by the way).

OMG that sounds recipe sounds DELISH! I would definitely try it, specially as a summer dish...
I hate a hot humid summer as much as anyone so can't complain about the weather so far. Even if I do anyways. LOL!
